Duties & Responsibilities
Performing various office task and should be disposed to carrying out any clerical duties assigned in accordance with the particular office procedure
Organizing the office & assisting associates to optimize processes
Invoicing of products, Purchase Entry, Item Creation in the system and other system related works
Answers telephone, direct calls and take messages
Performs Inventory & Prepare Inventory Report
Prepare business correspondence
Handles Customers inquiries and concerns
Perform other related tasks as assigned
