IT Coordinator – Starbucks – Kuwait

Job Description

The Role:

To provide the division with Insights on Inventory, Sales booking manage our all our Starbucks related applications & communicate to the business stake holders.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
He / She will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in applicationsProvide guidance and support on complete functionality of business systems.Through accurate application management enable business stakeholders.Work cross functionally to ensure constant update.Provide the business Insights on Inventory Variance and support the operation team to resolve the issueWill manage a central database for reporting masters (People Hierarchy, Store Hierarchy, etc.)

Knowledge:
Should be an expert in MS-Office suite, system background.

Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an IT-related field.

Skills:
Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of business managementGood report writing and presentation skills -verbal and writtenShould be a fast learner
