Job Role:The role holder is responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of HR strategies at the group level, including development of retention and learning and development strategies. The job holder will act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters and focus on the implementation of HR strategies and practices that will support robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture
