Job Description
· Good communication skills in Arabic & English.
· Strong interpersonal skills with critical thinking and documentation skills.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
· Working experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Capable to maintain track record of help desk request and follow up with FM team.
· Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users.
· Knowledge of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management System).
Skills
· Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
· 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management operations or similar field.
