A well-reputed company in Kuwait is recruiting for the role of Contact Center Agent in this role, your tasks will include but not be limited to:- Take inbound and handle/solve customer queries and issues.- Perform necessary outbound calls for solving customer issues or any other requested job.- Handle calls in line with customer service protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.- Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured.- Handle customer concerns by taking detailed information and logging customer service complaints.

Education & experience- Diploma degree in relevant discipline
Experience- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Knowledge:- Knowledge of security processes- Systems knowledge and system interrogation- Knowledge of data capture
