The basic function is to increase sales and business development of assigned region/area in order to maximize Sales and Profitability.

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities):
- Achieving sales targets as established from time to time
- Strategic implementation of business development activities and meet quantitative targets.
- Making presentations and proposals
- Tracking outstanding quotes
- Provide Sales administrative support to operations to resolve Customer account issue.
- Interaction with the Client and also with the Management.
- Interaction with Operations for the Clients service start-up form and other formalities and documentation to be completed before starting services.
- Keeping customers as the main focus
- Maintaining and updating the monthly sales report for the entire U.A.E
- Handling multiple deliverables
- Developing creative solutions to meet business needs.
- Adherence to ISO standards such as monitoring Quality Management System procedures and its performance, taking steps to corrective and preventive actions and recommendations for the improvement of the quality management system in order to protect company image and performance standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience and Job Related Competencies :
- Minimum 5 years of aggressive sales background in security or service industry
- In developing new region, managing sales objectives and delivers sales performance of assigned area in line with agreed business plan
Education and Special Requirements :
- Minimum Qualification – Management graduate
- Should have strong personality with excellent communication skills
- Gulf experience is a must
- Arabic speaking would be an added advantage
