Business Development Manager – Security Services at I-Talent

Job Description

Job Purpose:
The basic function is to increase sales and business development of assigned region/area in order to maximize Sales and Profitability.

(Operating Budget/Sales Revenue/Staff Numbers/Staff cost and any other financial measure):
Indirect position

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities):

    • Achieving sales targets as established from time to time
    • Strategic implementation of business development activities and meet quantitative targets.
    • Making presentations and proposals
    • Tracking outstanding quotes
    • Provide Sales administrative support to operations to resolve Customer account issue.
    • Interaction with the Client and also with the Management.
    • Interaction with Operations for the Clients service start-up form and other formalities and documentation to be completed before starting services.
    • Keeping customers as the main focus
    • Maintaining and updating the monthly sales report for the entire U.A.E
    • Handling multiple deliverables
    • Developing creative solutions to meet business needs.
    • Adherence to ISO standards such as monitoring Quality Management System procedures and its performance, taking steps to corrective and preventive actions and recommendations for the improvement of the quality management system in order to protect company image and performance standards.
